File Copying Error
Your MTA client was in the process of copying files from location to another, but failed to accomplish this task successfully. There are several reasons why this could have happened to you. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Try to close every GTA:SA and MTA application on your computer.
A lingering process can block access to files, which MTA is trying to copy. -
Restart your computer.
